Silicone ink is a high-performance printing ink formulated from liquid silicone polymers, primarily polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), combined with pigments, crosslinkers, and curing agents. It is widely recognized for its exceptional flexibility, durability, and resistance to extreme environmental conditions. Unlike conventional plastisol or solvent-based inks, silicone ink chemically bonds with silicone rubber substrates, overcoming the low surface energy challenge that prevents adhesion of many other ink types.

Textile plastisol ink is a PVC-based, oil-based screen printing ink widely used in garment decoration. Unlike water-based inks, plastisol sits on top of the fabric rather than soaking into the fibers, resulting in bright, opaque, and highly durable prints. It is especially effective on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics, making it ideal for T-shirts, hoodies, and promotional apparel. Due to its superior opacity, it performs exceptionally well on dark-colored garments.

Water Base commonly refers to products that use water as the primary solvent or carrier instead of petroleum-based solvents. Water-based systems are widely adopted across paints, inks, coatings, cosmetics, adhesives, and textile printing due to their lower volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, reduced odor, safer handling profile, and easier cleanup. Compared to solvent-based alternatives, water-based formulations are considered more environmentally responsible and worker-friendly.
